the ember.
A small holder supports the stick. A tray catches falling ash. They are not always the same object.
- Check that the hole fits the actual stick, without forcing or loosening it.
- Use a stable, non-flammable holder and a heat-resistant surface beneath it.
- Choose a tray that catches ash along the stick’s full burning length.
- A decorative tray is not automatically safe for direct heat. Verify the material and instructions.

- Open a window and keep the setup away from curtains, paper, draughts, children and pets.
- Follow the finished product’s lighting instructions. If instructed, extinguish the flame gently, leaving a small ember.
- Keep burning incense within sight. Fully extinguish it before leaving the space or going to sleep.
- Allow the ash and holder to cool completely before handling or cleaning.
If smoke irritates you, stop using it and ventilate the space. Incense is a scented experience, not a treatment or a sleep aid.

How much incense is in one selection?+
Each current incense selection is one 10 g tube, not a five-tube set. Stick count and length have not been confirmed. Incense holders are separate items.
How long does one stick burn?+
The supplier estimates approximately 30–35 minutes per stick. Environment and the actual product affect burn time; this has not yet been independently measured.
Is the black packaging the delivered packaging?+
Not yet. The black bilingual images are proposed packaging concepts. Final packaging, included pieces and product photographs will be confirmed before orders open.
Can I order now?+
Not yet. This is a public collection preview. The preview bag saves selections only in your browser; it is not an order or reservation.
What about shipping and returns?+
Free US shipping on orders US$150+ is planned, not an active checkout offer. Under-threshold shipping, delivery times and return terms will be stated before sale. No payment is taken here.
